This application is specifically tailored for current clients of International Trip Planning Services, LLC (ITPS).

ITPS iTrip® serves as a digital adaptation of the comprehensive flight package that ITPS clients are accustomed to.

Instead of cumbersome printed materials, which can exceed 100 pages, this application offers a streamlined and efficient means of organizing and accessing this information at your fingertips using an iPad.

Users can access all facets of the standard flight package through the app, encompassing elements such as fuel releases, flight plans, NOTAMs, handling details, weather reports, permit and slot confirmations, hotel and security arrangements, general declarations, and APIS validations.

An advantageous feature is the app's ability to promptly alert pilots to any updates within the flight package, including weather modifications. These updates can be seamlessly integrated via wifi or cellular data. Additionally, to mitigate roaming charges when abroad, users are empowered to selectively download only the updated segments of their flight package.

The convenience extends further as the flight plan and associated documents are securely stored on the user's iPad (when logged in), allowing for seamless document review both on the ground and during flights. Furthermore, trip documents can also be conveniently printed using local AirPrint compatible printers.

Please note that the app necessitates activation by ITPS operations personnel and is exclusively beneficial for pilots and flight departments already engaged with ITPS services.
